- Abstract
The number of vocational schools in Turkish higher education system has been in rise. This growth brings creates various setbacks that are waiting to be solved. In particular, poor quality of education and training provided by vocational schools, which supply semi-skilled workers for small and medium sized enterprises, has been started to criticize. In this study, enthusiasm and willingness for entry into school, their knowledge about what their school will provide them in terms of job opportunities and adequacy of their accounting-finance education of business and accounting students of vocational schools have been investigated with face-to-face interview. Hypotheses have been tested using SPSS 15 program and the results have been discussed accordingly.
