- Abstract
The article discusses the author's contention that there is a need for improved language access in Idaho's court system, and it mentions court interpreter expenses in the state, as well as various laws which govern the provision of language services in America's state courts such as Title VI of the U.S. Civil Rights Act of 1964. Federal aid from the U.S. Department of Justice is mentioned, along with attorney-interpreter relations and Title II of the nation's Americans With Disabilities Act.
