- Abstract
The article explores the presence of unmetabolized folic acid in the serum of adults over 60 in the U.S. that was ingested via dietary supplement. The researchers were able to conclude that intake of folic acid did not fully explain the variability in the presence of unmetabolized folic acid in their population sample.
