- Abstract
Alkylated oil has the advantages of no olefins, no aromatics, low sulfur, high octane number, low vapor pressure and unlimited addition. Increasing the load of the alkylation can produce more high-octane gasoline blending components,which is conducive to improving the efficiency of the entire plant. According to the actual operation of the alkylation unit,the reasons are analyzed from feedstocks and operations, various optimization measures are taken to reduce the impurities such as water,methanol and dimethyl ether in the reaction feed,and increasing the purity of isobutane increases the alkene ratio,it solves the problems of high acid consumption and poor product quality when the unit is under heavy load operation. The optimization results show that the content of impurities in the alkylation reaction feed decreases significantly,the acid consumption decreases from 93 kg/t to 78 kg/t, the octane number of the alkylated oil of the product reaches above 96, and the vapor pressure is controlled at 45 〜47 kPa. The purity of butane is increased from 86% to 91%, which meets the needs of blending gasoline in the entire plant.
