- Abstract
The article presents a genealogical sketch of the family of Michael Schenk (c1694-1763), a Swiss German Mennonite who immigrated to Lancaster County, Pennsylvania around 1717. His land holdings in Warwick (later Elizabeth) Township and surrounding areas are described, as is his combined residence and Mennonite meetinghouse, and his business as a miller. His family is also described, including his wives, children, and their descendants. A genealogical chart is also included at the end of the article.
