Presents an evidence that afferent and efferent phases of allergic contact dermatitis (ACD) can be induced after a single skin contact with haptens. Factors required to generate inflammatory response in classical allergic contact dermatitis; Rationale behind the use of an experimental murine model referred to as contact hypersensitivity; Dosage required to induce optimal allergic contact dermatitis reaction.
