- Abstract
The article presents information on the requirement of dicta as an equitable remedy under the justice administration of the U.S. The liability during litigation can be escaped by the defendants by pleading contributory negligence or the statute of limitations. Information on the cases involving the Securities and Exchange Commission of the U.S. and the decisions of the Supreme Court of the country regarding the cases is also presented.
