- Abstract
The article presents case study of a 34-year-old man who was diagnosed with massive autoimmune hemolysis. Topics discussed include observation of intense anisocytosis by examination of peripheral blood smear; use of monocyte monolayer assay along with normal reticulocytes; and information regarding his positive direct antiglobulin test results.
