- Abstract
The article discusses the right to privacy in Canada in relation to the legal aspects of the country's biobanking industry as of 2016, and it mentions fundamental legal rights and the nation's Health Canada federal government agency which is responsible for national public health in Canada. The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms is examined, as well as Canadian common law and various criminal law-related litigation matters. The constitutional laws in Canada are also assessed.
