Abstract
The article presents the findings of a research on adherence rates to subsidized, over-the-counter artemisinin combination therapy (ACT) in rural Uganda. It discusses the methodology of the research. It concludes that adherence to subsidized ACT purchased over-the-counter was found to be moderate.
