- Abstract
This working paper, analyzes the contribution from academic knowledge to generate quality content, increasingly demanded. Social, economic and labor demands urge that the information created and circulated is based on speculation and is based on reliable research. In this context, the present model of Training for Higher Education Teachers that involves teaching, research and consulting, applied to the professional competencies of the MBA graduate profile, is designed and intended for university teachers who train MBA students and graduates, to strengthen their academic training and necessary skills, linking the academic aspect with the world of work. The way of the contents invites to reflect on the relevant competencies of a professional with an MBA, in a context of discussion among peers, with a solid basis for the design and application of research tools and their proper interpretation.
