Title
Saguaro Chevrolet Inc. vs. United States.
Abstract
The article reports on the resolution of the legal case of Saguaro Chevrolet Inc. vs. the United States. In the case the Court of Federal Claims held that it lacked jurisdiction to hear a lease dispute involving the Colorado River Indian tribes because the tenant, Saguaro Chevrolet, had no money-mandating basis for a claim against the government, and dismissed the case.
