- Abstract
The article offers information on the characterization and modification of staurosporine (StaC) and rebeccamycin (RebC) in the pyrrole oxidation of the biosynthesis of indolocarbazole. It says that the diversity of indolocarbazole natural products affects the oxidation states of pyrroline ring moiety. It says that mutants from Ala-118 produced arcyriaflavin A and K252c.
