- Authors
ROSEN, HJALMAR; McCALLUM, EDWARD F.
- Abstract
The article presents a study which examines the correlates of industrial productivity. It mentions that the study participants composed of 385 incentive workers from an electronics manufacturing company were engaged in repetitive tasks subject to intensive and motion study. It notes that the industrial engineering department provided the production data for the employees. Moreover, the lack of differences on the Importance of need variable indicates that there is no relationship between the job demand and performance.
