- Abstract
The article presents a case of a 17-year-old male with double-outlet left ventricle, tricuspid atresia and two balanced ventricles. According to the authors, double-outlet left ventricle (DOLV) is defined as a type of ventriculoarterial connection in which both great arteries arise entirely or predominantly from the morphologic left ventricle. They believe that the normal right ventricular development in the case may result from a large interventricular septal defect.
