- Title
HOW DO YOU GET QUALITY -- THE JAPANESE WAYS REVISITED.
- Authors
Wong, Kam L.
- Abstract
Many of the Japanese company operations provide a lot for the employees, ranging from dormitories and recreational facilities to full-fledged schools. The author says that workers in other countries are quite well treated too. He says that the relationships between the workers and the companies are a lot closer in the Orient than in other countries. He says there are reasons for this. If a person causes trouble in one company in the Orient, he is likely to get blackballed and may not be able to find work anywhere else unless his relatives will take a chance on him.
