- Abstract
The study was to extract total flavonoids from Eucommia ulmoides leaves by ultrasonic assisted enzymatic method. On basis of single factor experiment, response surface method was used to optimize extraction process of flavonoids from Eucommia ulmoides leaves. The results showed that under conditions of enzyme dosage of 10.27 mg, liquid to solid ratio of 28.96 mL/g, ultrasonic time of 15.59 min and enzymatic hydrolysis time of 75.14 min, the yield of total flavonoids was 3.376%, and the yield was 3.295% after the modification of optimal conditions. The fitting between theoretical value and actual value was good. The experiment indicates that the extraction of total flavonoids from Eucommia ulmoides leaves by ultrasonic method and enzymatic hydrolysis method can obtain higher yield.
