- Abstract
In order to solve the complexity of the processing and manufacturing process of complex parts, based on the design of intelligent manufacturing production lines for complex components such as impellers, the process analysis and design scheme of intelligent manufacturing production lines were carried out, and then the production line simulation and verification were carried out in combination with machine vision, intelligent detection, intelligent logistics and industrial interconnection technologies. The results show that the proposed intelligent manufacturing production line not only meets the production requirements and stable operation, but also realizes the automation, informatization and intelligence of the production process, and it also meets the customized mixed-flow production of multi-variety and small-batch products, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency for enterprises.
