- Abstract
This study aims to explore the situation of experimental education school governance and to explore positive link between administration and teaching system in one experimental school. This study attempted to discuss practices in a experimental school managed using a semi-structured interview to collect primary data, supplemented with data analysis. The interviewees covered the principal, director, teachers, parents and school affairs documents as the source of information. Research findings indicate the following: 1. Shaping the experiment vision of positive common good. 2. Trust and supports teacher professional development. 3. Integrate and deep plowing curriculum development. 4. Unify and cross-border of multi-cultural teaching. 5. Construct and ensure common glory of parents, teachers and students.
