- Abstract
The article reports on the result of the study conducted by Chery Smith and colleagues at the University of Minnesota regarding the increasing obesity among military veterans in 2009 in the U.S. According to Smith and her team, which handled focus group discussions with U.S. veterans from World War II to Gulf War found, several participants stressed that they learned to eat fast during stressful events. They add that veterans have experienced food cravings after the leaving the military.
