- Abstract
The article presents the case of a 24-year-old female who was presented at a headache clinic due to frequent paroxysmal attacks of strong sensoriphobia, digestive signs and moderate ataxia, among others. She had a medical history of blurred vision, moderate ataxia, and phonophobia since childhood. She was diagnosed with episodic ataxia type 2 based on the analysis of her CACNA1A gene.
