- Abstract
Carbon nanosystems were produced by a one-step method of direct current magnetron deposition, which was performed in the vacuum chamber in inert gas atmosphere on specially prepared substrates (mica or Al) coated with a thin Au layer. Investigations of the ready-made samples with probe and electron microscopes have demonstrated that the formed carbon film contains nanosystems, namely, X- and Y-shaped nanotubes, radial nanotubes in the form of a “sea urchin,” and nanotubes with nanobuds.
