- Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine the relation of organizational climate with the job performance level and the effect of organizational climate on job performance in health care organizations. For this aim, initially, the basic concepts of the study are defined and the relations between these concepts were tried to be supported with the previous empirical studies in the literature. After the literature study, the conceptual framework of the study was developed and the hypotheses were generated. In order to perform the survey, a questionnaire was developed and applied on the sample of employees working in two hospitals in Istanbul. The data obtained were evaluated with the descriptive analysis, correlation and regression analysis As a results of the analyses, a positive and significant relationship between organizational climate perception and employees' job performance level was revealed.
