- Abstract
The Journal of Clinical Imaging Science (JCIS) is a renowned publication that showcases innovative radiological research from around the world. In 2023, JCIS achieved its inaugural impact factor score, highlighting the dedication of its contributors. The journal features a range of articles, including narrative and systematic reviews, as well as original research from various countries. Topics covered include handling iodinated contrast media shortages, neural mechanisms in diagnostic radiology, endovascular intervention for Budd-Chiari syndrome, and the role of imaging in diagnosing appendicitis, glioblastoma, renal cell carcinoma, COVID-19, and intracranial large artery stenosis. JCIS is highly regarded by researchers, physicians, and students as a platform to share their findings and clinical approaches. The Editor-in-Chief, Vikram Dogra, expresses gratitude to the contributors and believes that JCIS will continue to be a valuable resource for the global radiology community.
