- Abstract
The article presents a case study of two years old male Hereford cross cattle with congenital photosensitization. It states that the clinical observations of the cattle showed the cutaneous disease caused by the activation of different photodynamic agents that results in dermatitis, hyporexia,weight loss, and eventually death. It notes that congenital photosensitization is a rare case and the cattle was treated through removal from direct solar exposure.
