- Abstract
The article examines the scientific evidence concerning the neurological and behavioral problems that exists among children who play a lot of violent video games. It presents information on the game producers' evident fault and tort policy. It discusses the U.S. lower courts' negligent speech jurisprudence and describes development of the two strains immunity rules that have been created by lower courts on the basis of tort and constitutional doctrine.
