- Abstract
The article focuses on Data Trespass laws and it comparison with Wyoming's existing criminal trespass statute. Topics discussed include historic context for conflicting views surrounding land ownership, how trespass laws violate the First Amendment's Petition and Free Speech Clauses, and ongoing litigation between Western Watersheds Project (WWP) and various non-governmental organizations such as Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) and People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).
