- Abstract
In the recent days many people using plants of medical because their effect on public health and these medical plants able to produce chemical components that effect on physiological function of the human body and protect human against several microorganisms like bacteria, fungi and viruses. Our study constructed to detect the most effectiveness between frankincense and apple vinegar against Klebsiella spp. from both sexes of humans in Mosul city-IRAQ, we were obtained 22 out of 42 clinical isolates belongs to Klebsiella spp. from Urinary Tract Infections patients (male=10 and female=12) their ages ranged from 3 to 61 years old admitted to Ibn Sina teaching hospital all isolates cultivated Deoxycholate agar medium as first selective to Klebsiella spp. and underwent to several identification, cultivated on MacConkey agar and biochemical tests, we were found that the most effectiveness antibiotics against them ciprofloxacin, imipenem and levofloxacin (60%) respectively, depending on t-test the concentrations 100 / 50 pg/ml of Boswellia spp. respectively were more effect against Klebsiella spp. under study like ciprofloxacin as drug of choice for this research and t-test also appeared that the concentration 100 pg/ml of apple vinegar had effectiveness against Klebsiella spp. like antibiotic ciprofloxacin.
