- Authors
Hogarth, Luke W.; Deakin, Glen; Sinclair, Wade
- Abstract
The article discusses a study which examines the test-retest reliability of force platform derived measures of maximum effort plyometric push-up performance in sub-elite rugby league players. The study seeks to provide researchers as well as coaches with a valid and reliable assessment of functional upper body power output for professional sporting populations.
