The article reports on the importance of reciprocal support agreement between the U.S. and Mexico for regulating child support obligation. Topics discussed include goals and shortcomings of the Hague Convention, enforcement of laws related to child support obligations, and laws for the regulation of issues of federalism, due process, and personal jurisdiction.
