- Abstract
An interview is presented with the African American civil rights worker and civil rights organization Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee (SNCC) Member Dorie Ann Ladner. When asked about her background, she discusses growing up in racially segregated Palmer's Crossing, Mississippi. She discusses her involvement in the 1964 Freedom Summer civil rights movement to register African American voters in Mississippi. She comments on the murder of African American civil rights worker Medgar Evers.
