- Abstract
The article focuses on application and interpretation of Virginia's concealed weapons law. It mentions protection is afforded to carriers of dirks, bowie knives, switchblades, or other weapons and legislature intended to protect individuals from bladed weapons. It also mentions Congress passed the Federal Switchblade Act (FSA) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection pushed to prohibit one-hand opening assisted knives under the FSA.
