The article focuses on the prayer practice of the Alabama Public Service Commission (APSC) as it upheld in the judicial opinion of the U.S. Supreme Court in the case Town of Greece v. Galloway related to prayer service. It mentions that not to disparage, encourage, or vindicate the prayer practice, the prayer givers and to evaluate the constitutionality of the practice in light of the Establishment Clause and relevant precedent.
