- Abstract
The article talks about a 12-year old girl who had difficulty in swallowing solids. It talks of an examination of the throat revealing a pulsatile bulge on the posterior wall of oropharynx and computed tomography revealing ectatic bilateral common carotid arteries in the retropharyngeal region.It also makes a mention of diagnosis made of “kissing carotid aneurysm" that is caused of dysphagia in a healthy child.
