- Abstract
To study the effects of isopsoralen plus zinc on the gene expression of related osteoblasts factors, Improved tissue block culture were used to demesh and cultivate osteoblasts in cranial bone of newly born SD rats. RT-PCR technology was used to detect isopsoralen and zinc on osteoblasts related protein (COL I) mRNA, Smad4 mRNA, Cbfa1/Runx2 mRNA, Osterix mRNA expression. It was demonstrated that combination of isopsoralen and zinc could synergistically enhance the expression of cultured osteoblasts related osteoblasts factors in vitro. From the cellular and molecular level to explore osteoporosis mechanism applying isopsoralen and zinc, with a view to improve osteoporosis clinical efficacy as well as anti-osteoporosis drug development in the future.
