The article offers author's views on importance of engineering titles among engineers in Great Britain. It is mentioned that Engineering Council has allowed registered European Engineer to use the title "EUR ING" on their personal documents, on how titles helps gain respect and differentiation from technicians. The article adds that titles like Chartered and Incorporated Engineer helps in gaining business correspondence, affiliations, and promote the profession.
