Presents a case of an infant with pulmonary veno-occlusive disease complicating partial anomalous pulmonary venous connection, treated with intravenous prostacyclin and nitric oxide inhalation. Discussion on the etiology of the disease; Use of vasodilator therapy in the treatment of patients with primary pulmonary hypertension.
