- Abstract
The article focuses on the decision of the U.S. courts in the cases related to employment and labor law. Topics discussed include Moreland v. Wolf in employee who was terminated from her position with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) lost her claim for race discrimination and retaliation; Robinson v. VSI Construction, Inc. on race discrimination and violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Vang v. Medtronic, Inc. on unemployment compensation.
