- Abstract
The "bunch of grapes" is a radiological finding used to metaphorically describe the imaging appearance of a branch-duct type of intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasia (IPMN) of the pancreas. There are three types of IPMNs: branch-duct IPMNs, which involve only the side-branch ducts, main-duct IPMNs which involve the main pancreatic duct (MPD), and a combined type characterized by the involvement of both main duct and side branches [[3]]. Rarely, branch-duct IPMN may appear as a unilocular cyst if it is limited to one side-branch duct.
