- Abstract
The article offers information about the role of local land use law in mitigating the climatic changes. It focuses on the rise of global temperature and sea level due to frequent green house gas emissions. It stresses on the development of such laws and policies for less energy usage and the resultant emissions caused by the development. It concludes and discusses about the development of laws and codes for energy conservation.
