- Abstract
The article focuses on non-REM hypnic headache and presents a case study. Hypnic headache (HH) is a headache with clinical features that suggest an involvement of chronobiological mechanisms, and in studies that used polysomnography (PSG) it was observed that these attacks were associated with rapid eye movement (REM) sleep. The authors analyze that through the use of headache diary and PSG may be useful in the clinical diagnosis.
