The article presents a case study of a 27-year-old male who has a history of osteosarcoma and previously had a proximal tibial resection with left total knee replacement. Bone scan imaging performed found a prominent symmetrical soft tissue uptake in the musculature lateral to the scapulae within the teres major muscle belly.
