- Abstract
The article discusses the American with Disability Act (ADA) Amendments Act of 2008 in which class of individuals who meet the ADA's definition of disability has been expanded. A change in focus of ADA employment litigation is reflected with the amendment which means that employers will have to ensure reasonable accommodations for a greater number of employees who have disabilities. Information on several cases related to Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is also presented.
