- Abstract
The article introduces the first issue of AISHE-J for 2024, featuring a range of papers on relevant topics in higher education. Two literature reviews are included, one on the relationship between notetaking and learning in tertiary education, and the other on the workplace implications for female leaders in video conferencing. Another paper discusses the challenges of developing reflective practice in medical training, while the final paper explores an academic mentoring and coaching program at Munster Technological University. The authors encourage the submission of literature reviews and announce an upcoming special issue on universal design in tertiary education.
