- Abstract
The article presets a case of a 15-year old patient who undergone construction of a fenestrated extracardiac conduit to produce the Fontan circulation in a single stage. The creation of Fontan circulation has included an insertion of a 55 millimeter Gore-Tex graft between the homograft conduit and the common atrium to produce fenestration. It is stated that mild cyanosis with saturations of oxygen measured below 90% has been found during reexamination.
