- Abstract
The article presents author's views regarding advantages of transcranial direct current stimulation (tdcs) for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease (AD). Topics include application of anodal stimulation over dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) of Alzheimer's patient has led to recognition memory improvement in a visual memory task, improvement in patients' visual recognition and change in cortical thickness due to brain atrophy.
