- Abstract
The article discusses a study which explores the cultural use, nutrient profile, and ecosystem advantage of flowering quince (Chaenomeles speciosa). The study uses household survey and semi- structured interview to determine the diversity and physiology of the plant, field collection, and nutrient composition analysis. The study reveals the economic impact and role for food system of the flowering quince.
