This book documents and recounts several of Anning's Jurassic fossil discoveries, including ammonites, fossil fish, a pterosaur, and skeletal remains and coprolites of marine reptiles. Additionally, more than 80 figures, grouped into two parts, illustrate historical and contemporary Lyme Regis, Mary Anning, her colleagues, fossil specimens, and Anning artifacts.
