- Abstract
In the article, the authors present their study which assess the pharmacokinetics, toxicity, anti-metastatic and anti-tumoral effects of jadomycin B in breast cancer patients by using zebrafish larvae and mouse xenograft models. Other topics include how multidrug resistance (MDR) is hindering the success of breast cancer therapies, and the Streptomyces venezuelae ISP5230 as a source of Jadomycin B.
