The article discuses the benefits of English Journal, a journal of ideas for English language arts teachers in junior and senior high schools and middle schools. It is reported that English journal focused only on teaching secondary and middle school English language arts. It is further reported English journal is a significant tool to create an intellectual, social, connected and professional community among teachers of English.
